Services

Gavinquero Co. provides piano tuning, repair, regulation, voicing, restoration and related services. Work is performed to the scope agreed with the customer before it begins.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the condition observed at the time of inspection. If additional faults are discovered during work, we will stop and obtain approval before continuing.

Appointments and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a call-out charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept card, check and cash.

Warranty

Repair work is warranted against defects in workmanship for 90 days. Tuning stability is affected by climate and use and is therefore not warranted, although we will always discuss unexpected drift with you.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural faults or damage arising from environmental conditions outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
